Information you provide

The contact form collects your name, email address, subject and message, along with your consent to respond. Enquiries are saved securely using Lovable Cloud and are not publicly accessible. Please do not submit account credentials, payment information or confidential financial documents.

Book orders and payments

Book checkout collects your name, email, mobile number, delivery address, selected edition and agreement to the purchase terms. These details, the order amount, shipping charge, payment references and delivery status are stored privately for payment verification, fulfillment, support and applicable recordkeeping obligations. Authorized administrators can access order details. Razorpay processes payment credentials directly; this website does not store card numbers, CVV, UPI PINs or banking passwords. Your browser session retains an order reference and private receipt token so you can resume payment and check that order. Razorpay's own privacy terms apply to its payment window.

Affiliate applications

Affiliate applicants provide their name, email, phone, address, promotion channels and a government ID document. The ID is stored privately, viewed only by the site administrator to verify identity, and is not shared. Approved affiliates receive a private account and may add bank details (account holder, account number, IFSC, bank name and optional UPI ID) so commissions can be paid. Bank details are visible only to the affiliate and the site administrator, are used only to pay commissions, and the affiliate dashboard shows only the last four digits of the account number. Sales made with an affiliate coupon are recorded against that affiliate; affiliates see the date and edition of each sale, never the buyer's name or contact details. You can ask for deletion through the contact page.

How information is used

Contact information is used to review and respond to your enquiry, maintain relevant correspondence and protect the form against automated misuse. It is not sold or used to create an investment profile. Information is retained only as needed for those purposes and applicable legal obligations.

Technical services and analytics

Hosting and security services may process technical request information to deliver and protect the website. No optional analytics tracking identifier is configured at present. Any future analytics service and necessary consent mechanism should be disclosed before activation.

Articles and external links

Public article summaries are retrieved from the ChikouTrader RSS feed. Substack may serve article images and receives technical request data when those images load. Links to Substack, X and research tools take you to independently operated services with their own privacy and cookie policies. Subscriptions and payments on those services are not collected by this website.

You may request access, correction or deletion of information you submitted, subject to applicable legal requirements. Use the contact page or the linked public social channels to make a request.
